Summary: Mad doctors never like their work being interrupted. In fact, death is merely an annoyance to some of them. Freudstein pursued immortality, but can you call this living?

History: Dr. Jacob Tess Freudstein was always on the ethical sh*tlist for his morally ambiguous experiments. They say that somewhere along the line, he went mad with power, and murdered anyone who dared interrupt his work. He ostensibly rests at his home in the Oak Mansion, but he's very much alive. In order to persist forever, he must kill others and use their bodies for supplement. Of course, he's perfectly fine with being host to grubs, bugs, and slugs in his body.

Notable Kills: Rips a man's throat out with his bare hand.

Final Fate: After killing a boy's entire family, Freudstein is thwarted from killing him after his wife saves him. Now, he toils once again, hoping for some more unsuspecting victims.

Powers/Abilities: Complete immortality.

Weakness: Without more human nutrients, he will slowly succumb to his condition and die indefinately.

Scariness Factor: 4-Freudstein may have the movement and speed of a zombie, but he's as vile as they come. Not only is he really violent and ugly, but did we have to see all of those slimy maggots ooze out of one of his flesh wounds?!

Trivia: -This film was also known as "Zombie Hell House" and "Revenge of the New York Ripper".
